Great prices and overall great experience. Walter was very helpful and informative. He gave us a very clear run down on the various types of countertops and how within the quartz family the stone can vary by grade. We ended up purchasing quartz countertops and we are very happy with them. The installers were great too!

The Granite Outlet staff were extremely professional and gracious. The communication was outstanding from the sales staff to the fabricator to the contractor. I had a few last minute questions and changes. They took the time to talk about design changes, and help adjust plans and timelines accordingly. I'm very happy with the service and have already recommended them to others.

I had a wonderful experience with the folks at Granite Outlet Kitchen & Bath Design Studio. The whole process was surprisingly quick and painless. My only regret is that I didn't work with them sooner to install my beautiful kitchen countertop! It took about 12 days from the placement of order to installation.

Edit: 11/25/2023 I’m updating the photos because the kitchen is now complete. The backsplash was added on 11/21/2023. I’m really thrilled with how every aspect of the renovation turned out. Granite Outlet Kitchen & Bath really went above and beyond to give me the home I wanted for myself. 10/10, definitely recommend for your home remodeling needs! Original review: 11/1/2023 I purchased my first home this summer and it was in need of substantial renovations, including the kitchen and, eventually, the primary bathroom. After signing up at Houzz, I did a search for possible contractors, based on the specifications of the renovation. One of the companies that matched with my project was Granite Outlet Kitchen & Bath Design. I worked with their Timonium office. The first person I spoke with was Dulcie Horecni, CKD. She was knowledgeable and personable, even over the phone, asked me thoughtful questions, and provided thoughtful answers to questions I had. I was able to get a showroom appointment quickly. When I arrived, Dulcie already had some ideas based on our discussions that turned out to fit quite well with what I was envisioning. Then, I did the in-home assessment and estimate with Abat Mulugeta, who ultimately became my project lead. I was so impressed at the breadth and depth of knowledge as well as creative thinking that Dulcie and Abat displayed when talking with me about what I wanted. I felt that if issues came up during the renovation, between the two of them they would be able to think creatively and nimbly about solutions that stayed within my budget but still achieved the look I wanted. I was absolutely right. The two of them, along with Candace Weakley, worked collaboratively with me throughout the process to help me realize and refine the vision I had for my home. Their suggestions and input, and of course their expertise, was invaluable to getting me the home I always wanted — colorful, modern yet classic, and absolutely beautiful. As I told them, because of Granite Outlet’s terrific work, I don’t think I will ever get tired of simply … coming home.

The wife and I had been scouring the Baltimore area searching for a reasonable and reputable source to buy our granite. Initially we were going to find and buy the granite, and I was going to install it myself being a retired kitchen fabricator with an NKBA background. We met with Steve at Granite Outlet in Timonium, and he provided us with a ballpark price that we thought was suspiciously low and a long list of granite holding warehouses to find the perfect granite for our home. We took our measurements and submitted them to Steve and he confirmed the price for the granite, install and including a very large, very deep, heavy stainless sink and it was literally more than $1000 cheaper than any other outlet or designer we were in touch with. Our third stop looking through granite warehouses was Venezia Surfaces in Halethorpe, Maryland. We truly didn’t think we’d find the perfect slab of granite, but we did, and we are absolutely tickled by what we found. Granite outlet received our granite slab information from Venezia that day and within a week they were ready to install, WOW! We have a single family home galley kitchen that required three separate pieces. The installation crew of two arrived at our home. They were very polite, very professional, very courteous to keep our house clean from dust and damage and did a phenomenal installation job. The wife and I agreed that the installation team should get a very well deserved tip. We are extremely happy with the product, the service and the final outcome of our kitchen countertop and sink and we highly, highly recommend granite outlet in Timonium. If you do your homework and research, I can assure you buying and designing through Granite Outlet designers is the best decision you’re going to make and bonus, YOU’RE GOING TO SAVE A LOT OF MONEY.
